Mast

Substructure

1,Suitable for the relevant standards;

2,The substructure is used to support and fasten the mast, drawworks, rotary table etc., and provide site for drilling operation and well head equipment and bear the gravitational load of equipment, and the load during drilling operation, meanwhile rack the stands and drilling tools on the drill floor;

3,Ambient temperature: -20℃~+55℃, -45℃~+40℃.

 

Crown Block

1,Suitable for the relevant standards;

2,The sheaves of crown block are interchangeable with matched travelling block;

3,The anti-collision device is equipped;

4,Ambient temperature: -20℃~+55℃, -45℃~+40℃.

 

Drawworks

1,Suitable for the API 7K spec;

2,The main brake of drawworks is hydraulic disc brake, the brake disc adopts water cooling or air cooling, the auxiliary brake is magnetic eddy current brake (water cooling or air cooling), which could be equipped with E.T.N brake also, and the automatic driller could be equipped as per client’s requirement;

3,Ambient temperature: 0℃~+55℃, -45℃~+40℃.

 

Travelling Block

1,Suitable for the API 8C spec.;

2,The sheaves and bearings of travelling block are interchangeable with matched crown block;

3,Ambient temperature: -20℃~+55℃, -45℃~+40℃.

 

Swivel

1,The wash pipe and packing device of swivel are box type integrated structure, which is easy for replacement;

2,Ambient temperature: -20℃~+55℃, -45℃~+40℃.

 

Rotary Table

1,Suitable for the API 7K spec.;

2,The rotary table adopting spiral bevel gear is of high carrying ability, steady operation and long service life. The enclosure is cast-welding structure with good rigidity and high accuracy;

3,The gears and bearings adopt splash lubrication, which is reliable;

4,The input shaft is of cylinder structure, which is convenient for maintenance and service;

5,Ambient temperature: -0℃~+55℃,-20℃~+40℃,-45℃~+40℃.

 

Pipe Hangling System

1,Complete pipe handling offline operation through automatic control and cooperate with drilling system to realize continuous drilling of stand, which can save 20% operating time;

2,No need to use top drive, connect three singles into one stand, transmit the single from catwalk to wellhead directly;

3,The stand connection arm and power racking platform can arrange the stand automatically by automatic control.

 

Solid Control System

1,The design conforms to API RP13C and HSE specification, and it is applicable to prepare and use for oil-based, water-based and combined-based mud;

2,System includes: mud tank, shale shaker, degasser, desander, desilter, centrifuge, etc., and pipeline, necessary protect device, associatedelectrical system;

3,The system can realize purification, circulation, confection, storage, and measurement of drilling fluid and other functions, which provides high-quality drilling fluid;

4,Tank body type: general type, trailer type and self-propelled, and the mud tank of square bottom, arc bottom and cone bottom can be provided;
